Deleted member still able to post messages and view group communications?

I'm the moderator of a group, and about 3 months ago, I deleted a member. For some reason she is still able to post messages to the group. I've triple-checked that I've removed her from the membership list, and don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?

1. Ban the email address she's using
2. Check posting options to ensure only members can post. Click management lower left on your group page, in the next window click messages; scroll down click edit beside posting and archives. Make your selections and save.
3. You'll want to check group setting for postings and archives; if they're not set to members, a non member ill still be able to post and read the archives. Management- under group settings Messages- messages and posting (edit) <-- click the edit. Under who can post should be members; under archives should be members. Click save changes
