How do i stop my email account from sending out SPAM to everyone in my contacts list?

i think my account is infected because it automatically send SPAM to everyone in my contacts list. is there a way of blocking this?

1. It has been hacked change your password IMMEDITLY or the hacker will have controll of ur account permenently
2. Your account got compromised. First change your password. Account help.http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/acct/in… for just about anything to do with your account. Then run anti Virus and Anti Spyware. Should be fine then.
