Is it possible to find what I uninstalled on my computer and reinstall it again?

I began to uninstall programs on my computer, but then after uninstalling four programs my internet connection stopped working. Then, I went to trouble shooting and found that everything was fine, my router was fine, the wireless connection was working, my laptop was just not receiving it. Not even the wifi symbol was there. A desktop like symbol instead, replaced it saying "sorry no available connections." Then I tried connecting the cable to laptop, the internet came back, so it wasn't a problem with the network itself. But now where the wifi bars used to be, theres nothing. So it's like I can't receive any form of wifi. WTF? Then I thought maybe I uninstalled something like a "wireless card," but im not sure, that's why i would like so see what i uninstalled. Is that even possible? So my question is, is there anything I can do to see the list of programs I uninstalled from my computer?? So that I can re install that program to fix my wifi connections. Please help! thank you xx.

  1. This happened to me...If you have it backed up on a disk or something you can re-install it. If you don't....you're screwed.
  2. seems you have uninstalled the wireless drivers. plug it back in and check windows updates, they might notice the missing drivers and offer them to you. .
