When will the top 10 answers list be updated?

An answerer in Yahoo Answers category said the top 10 lists are from aprox. last April. I should be in the top 10 list for Women's Health. The numbers have not changed for a long time. From Gone Fishin' with 173 best answers, down to Popsicle 1989 with 38 best answers. Does it matter if some of the best answers were chosen by voters?

1. Sorry to answer a question with a question and dont mean to be rude but how come you know so much about womens health and happen to be a top contributor in that category??? Sorry I am just curious.
2. No it's not true that the top 10 lists are from April -- otherwise the whole FORUM on your upper right would be bombarded with threads about updating the top 10 list It was not updated for a couple of days, but today the numbers look like it has been updated
