Public Comments
- In no particular order: Mockingjay and Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins (just because I read The Hunger Games and I hate to leave a series unfinished) All of Terry Pratchett's Discworld series (currently on book 25) American Gods by Neil Gaiman (started it, haven't got very far) Crime and Punishment by Dostoevsky (my History teacher recommended it as we're studying Russia in the period it was set/written in. I don't know if I'll get around to this though) BQ: I have to say I haven't. I'd like to read The Diary of Anne Frank though.
- Currently, I'm reading Carrier of the Mark. Started it today. Next books: Dark Eden by Patric Carmen Underneath the Never Sky by Veronica Rossi (it's an advanced copy) Killshot - don't remember the authors. (another ARC). City of Bones by Casandra Clare That's it. After this, I'll decide from the dozens of books I've bought from Borders before it closed.

Learned Optimism by Martin Seligman Ender's Game (sci fiction noval) The Bone Box: Confines of Life and Death Night Falls Fast: Understanding Suicide 'Existential Psychotherapy' by Irvin Yalom THINK and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill Life As We Knew It by Susan Pfeffer-I saw the movie and it sucked. but perhaps the book will be better. I'm currently finishing up "Monster Within" by Cynthia McClure BQ:The Diary Of Anne Frank 10/10
- First and foremost I need to finish the lot of books I'm in the middle of. After those, however, I'm looking forward to reading some Hemingway, probably A Farewell to Arms. I really enjoy poetry, so I'd like to read more e.e. cummings. I'm also interested in reading Orlando by Virginia Woolf. Books are so frustrating sometimes, because no matter how much I read I still feel like I'm not anywhere close to finishing up with 'classics'.... BA: I read The Diary of Anne Frank when I was younger. I don't remember real specific things, but it definitely remains in my mind as a sad but inspiring story. Maybe since I was young like Anne when I read it I was more able to relate.
- That's a very nice list you've got there. Christmas was made for reading. Get busy. My list, I'll try and get them done by the end of christmas: An Idiot Abroad: The Travel Diaries of Karl Pilkington Pearl Jam - Twenty The Shining Just After Sunset BQ: Frankie Boyle - 7/10

- My TBR list is: The Son of Neptune Killing Lincoln Sing You Home My ratings of your mentioned books: Anne Frank: 9.5/10 The Dubliners: 8.5/10
- Mark Twain's autobiography Irvine Welsh's If You Liked School You'll Love Work (I'll start with this first) more Virginia Woolf anything by Carl Jung oh yes and The Brothers Karamazov - Dostoyevsky BA : I've only read a couple of short stories from Dubliners and Anne Frank's Diary I've enjoyed The Sisters , The Dead and Eveline the most. And Anne Frank's diary was also a good read.
- Embassy to Constantinople - Liutprand of Cremona You Are a Little Bit Happier Than I Am - Tao Lin The Collected Poems of William Carlos Williams Selected Writings of Paul Valery The Elegant Universe - Brian Greene Black Hole - Charles Burns BQ: I've read The Diary of Anne Frank, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and Coltrane: The Story of Sound. I'm not very good at rating books, but they're all definitely worth a read.
- I love The Diary Of Anne Frank. It's so depressing but pretty good also. I tried to read The Dubliners but I couldn't understand it very well because my English sucks and James Joyce's work is so hard to comprehend. And lol The Dubliners is considered to be his easiest novel. Ulysses is much harder. I stopped reading it after 10 pages. Well, when English gets much better and I have a large vocabulary, I'll read all of his books. If I read it in Turkish, I know I'll get it but I just don't wanna read an English book in another lanugauge. Anyways you're a native speaker, you won't struggle like me. You gotta read The Hunchback Of Notre-Dame. It's awesome. The Diary Of Anne Frank - 8 The Dubliners - James Joyce - I can't rate it. I read about 100 pages and then stopped. The Hunchback Of Notre-Dame - Victor Hugo - 9 Let's see! I have a huge list actually ;) Lullaby - Chuck Palahniuk Epileptic (this is a graphic novel) Watchmen How the Other Half Thinks: Adventures in Mathematical Reasoning (I have to read it for my damn math project ugh) The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets' Nest Animal Farm (f*ck, I haven't read that) A Christmas Carol Blindness Illusions: The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah by Richard Bach (I really like Richard Bach. One, Biplane and Jonathan Livingston Seagull were great books.) Against the Storm This list can go on. lol
- ♥ -- The Catcher in the Rye. ♥ -- It's Kind of a Funny Story ♥ -- The Fault in Our Stars {by John Green.} ♥ -- The Help {Well, finishing actually. I already started.} ♥ -- The Heroes of Olympus series. ♥ -- Postsecret books. BQ: I'm afraid not.
