What are some fun and entertaining things to do on a long car ride?

I am going on a 6 hour long trip from NJ to Virginia this Christmas Day. I am making a list of things I should do on the trip. Some things that are actually entertaining and not stupid. I am going to be really bored, so good answers. And, what else should I bring on the check list sort of thing? Please help!

1. If you are the driver, often I find trying to keep the miles per gallon as high as possible is quite fun. Takes skill and patience!
