How to list your facebook fan page on your personal profile?

I have 2 facebook pages, one that is personal that I like to keep for close family and friends. I am also an artist and have a separate page where I can interact with people who enjoy my artwork. I love my fans, but run into a problem of them trying to add me as a personal friend. I would like to create something like this person has set up https://www.facebook.com/RDelean . This way fans will know that there is a way to link to me as an artist. Does anyone know how to put your fan page into your profile page. I've googled and googled, but can't find any instructions. Thanks in advance for your help!
