My Employer(the one who holds my H1Visa) wants to give me a job as incharge of a new business that he wants to

invest in(since,he finds me with aptitude but unable to get that elusive break in the IT industry),suffering parents and all at home have immediately accepted his offer and want me take up the job,because that would enable my wife and Son to travel to me! However,the thing with me has been my virtual inability to get started in this new direction. Simple thing like working the Office tools has been a daunting task to me and all the time during the Conference calls with my Employer,I have not been relevant and am not submitting the simple task,he has asked me to do,ie submitting a list of Bussiness for sale in the State of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Can you tell me a site where I can easily be able to locate Businesses in the neighbourhoods of the York Counties,Berks,Bucks and or Philadelphia?Thanks in Advance.

1. Go online and find a list of Realtors for the counties you wish to search. There may be several different companies "popping up" on your computer, depending on the population density of the area you wish to search. Realtors are the people who handle property transactions, both residential (houses and etc) and business. Once you find the realtors you need, you can contact them with the information you need. They can assist you from there, in finding the property your boss wants to buy. It will help a lot to know EXACTLY WHAT KIND of business your boss wants to buy. Is it a factory, or a grocery store, or a small restaurant? The more information you can give to the realtor, the easier their search will become.
