What was the top 10 cities for Hispanics from Hispanic magazine?

Hispanic Mag puts out a list every year, not sure if 2008s is out yet, but 2007s is for sure. I tried to find it online I just am having no luck. What was the last list top 10 rankings, in order... Does anybody have any of the previous lists like from 2006 or 2005 also?
