Headaches wake me up in the night. They throb at the top of my head and forehead.?
I eat pretty healthy, drink water, all that. I have noticed one thing. I travel a lot on business. I only have these problems on the road when I drink red wine...otherwise I don't have them. I have them at home whether I drink red wine or not. My diet on the road is about the same as at home. So I think the problem is the house. I am going to get my house inspected for gas poisoning (I live in Midwest, and we're running our heaters now)...I'll have it checked for CO. Any other things I should have house checked for? I get the headaches at home no matter what I drink or eat (more susceptible tho if I use teriaki sauces because those use wine)

- you should go have a food alergy test done. And in the mean time stay away from all foods and drinks with red coloring or dye in them.
- I woke to be vegan around the turn of the century.... and since then I have tried to be more careful about all the INpUTS that I would put into my body. Recently I have had HEAD PAINS myself and I do not know what is causing them. I think it could be agricultural chemicals or it could be something in the water OR it could just be some OTHER thing like some odd PARAnormal connection..... But the pain I have has been pretty bad for the past couple months. --- As far as your house are you on city water or well water? Do you need your water tested or maybe you would want a filter?
- Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can becaused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or moreserious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis andmeningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information available at http://tinyurl.com/q8696
- How about the stress in your life that can cause a headache too Getting your house checked is also a good idea and don't drink anything any way
