I want to start my own online business in Reno, Nevada do I need...?

A Home Occupation Permit, Fictitious Firm Name, on top of a Business License? Also is the fact that I live in a apt going to be a problem? Do I HAVE to ask the office if I can run a online store out of my apt? I know I have to reg. with the dept of taxation too. FYI the kind of business I wan to have to an adult web site. As in selling toys/clothing/movies/books/gag gifts/etc.... Yes we have sales tax in Nevada we just don't have state tax.
