Would an online class on developing effective business presentations be useful?

I have a lot of experience with executive level presentation development as a management consultant, and I feel this would be a good area for an online class - to help fellow workers in the business field prepare impressive and effective presentations. I have found that most people are a bit clueless on how to create a presentation that blows the socks off their audience. Would anyone be willing to take this class, or would a business be willing to pay to have their employees take this class (assuming it was a top rate course)? Thanks! Side note - are there any particular areas you would want to see covered?

  1. i'd say if they have a class on it, then it must be useful somewhere..
  2. i dont believe an online class would be any useful to say. yeah people can take the class but they arent probably doing it like you are, probably you are confident doing so, so the rest arent so, so i think a in person class would be a guage for you to effectively teach and have people present in a manner that is confident and effective.
  3. After giving it some thought, I think I would prefer to take the class in person. While you can give good pointers and even feedback on the development of the presentation, you would not be able to give any feedback on the presentation itself, which I believe is the heart of the presentation. A great presentation is no good if the person cannot present it. If you are willing to go to businesses and set up at their business for the class, I'm sure you could find companies willing to pay for many different levels of employees to take the class.
  4. Yes I definitely would recommend any class either online or going to a physical atmosphere would help. I also think a company would prosper with sending any employee that is in the business of selling something. I took a simular class at the local college and found it very useful. Thanks
