Has anyone had any success with online schools and universities?

If so, what are good universities, how much does it cost? How does it work, is it video based or do you have to read a lot of it off your computer screen? Business, Law, Philosophy, Finance are my top areas of interest right now. Is there a service that you can call up, tell them what you like and they search for the school for you and come back with some answers?

  1. I don't know about on-line schools and universities but I suggest you look into main stream schools because they all offer classes you can take on-line. I am currently doing that through Utah State University and have done so for the past 2 years and am able to go full time and still live a life. I had a niece that did take classes from an on-line university and she later found that very few of the classes were transferable and that if she continued to get her degree from them it wouldn't be recognized by the majority of places she was looking to gain employment. So be careful and research them if you decide to go that way.
