ebay is a rip off?
If ebaaaa is that good then why did they fail to in form me of international selling methods when I told them thats why I am listing on your site in the first place ??not just listed on your local countrys site ,youhave to go through so much hassel to get on other country listings that I gave up,and on top of that the product I am trying to sell seems to get pushed so far down there list`s due to the big companys who just put in 100 or more of there products and take all the prime list sites ie.the first 5 pages and can afford the list fees,I had 14 products and sold 2 in just 4 weeks worth of listing !..its a scam arrangement between ebaaa and large shop franchise business they both get a big slice of the pie ,hey I beleive in fair trade yes!but not monopoly business tactics who push out small home businesses ,I thought ebaaa was set up to give the small guy a go!so its back to the local sunday markets for me and low stall rates for the day and happy to sell 4 0r 5 items for the day.

- i think ebay is great, and i've sold alot of things internationally...
- I don't think there is any huge conspiracy here. I was going to sell products on Ebay, too. In fact, I had investigated in buying wholesale and drop-shipping products on there with a company. But when I investigated and studied the way things were sold on Ebay, I discovered that every product I had intended to sell was on there at a price way lower than I could possibly match and make a profit. Needless to say, I backed out of that venture and moved to something more marketable. Trying to sell anything internationally would inherently have a lot of grief associated with it and selling on Ebay would only compound the problem.
- I have not expericed the selling side of ebay but the bay side is top at least I have a chance to bay at a realistic price, I have one objection though regarding payment for goods listed I must nominate bpay and they don't except resposability for any other part of payments.
- I have sold lots of stuff http://stores.ebay.co.uk/DRESS-ITT-UP
- I believe mostly all companies are trying to make the most money with the least interference from smaller business. The only way to beat a large conglomerate is to join them I guess. There is another free sales advertisement site called Kijiji search for this and it is growing so fast its already getting to be as big as the other selling companies. Some people say its the best thing that's hit the Internet yet. My son has sold Baby items on it and other people have sold their cars. I didn't have much luck with it though so in the long run local market-ting may be the best.
