HTML and drop down lists?

Hi everyone. I hope someone can help me with this. I have two fields. The first is a drop down list. The second is a drop down list dependent on the selection of the first. I have a table with two values : managers and employee. What is the HTML code and the code for the query (I am using excel to hold the table)? Thanks in advance.
