I want to build/create a page for my business. I am new to internet and web pages. Where do I strart?

I am new to the internet and don't know much about it. I want to create a page for my business to attract clients. I want it to be on the top of the list so people can see it right away without looking much. I want to start somehthing on dentistry, and I want people from all over the states to find me fast and easy. Who do I contact for this, what do I buy, how do I make the page, where do I start? I will appreciate any help I can get. Sincerely someone with big dreams and no money to make them come true.
