What do you do when so many people around you scheme & con, and you see them making a lot of extra money?

I work hard and try to do everything "by the book", but it seems like the people who make money the wrong way always seem to come out on top. I have a full time job and I'm trying to get an additional part time job, I'm owed $25,000 in child support that I cannot collect, AND... I have 3 very small side businesses that I do. But no matter what, I can't get ahead. I'm not in credit card debt and I don't live above my means. The people I work with are always doing illegal things to make money, they brag about it and show off and it just makes me sick. Anybody else in a situation like this? And last but not least, it seems like everything is always going wrong for me but everything always works out for these people.

1. The one thing you have that they never will is, a clear conscience. You are rich just in the way you think. Keep the faith.
2. Believe me you are the one who will sleep easier at night. No matter what these illegal people make out to be like, for example, full of confidence and care-free, they won't never be fully at ease. They will always be wondering when the night will come when the police is at their door. Don't worry about their extra money, they haven't earned it, they have stolen it. You are the one doing what is right. Keep your head up.
3. Rain falls on the just and the unjust alike, but it will only causes the unrighteous to grow in Iniquity and the righteous to grow in purity. If you happen to see an unrighteous person gaining an unrighteous amount of wealth, it doesn't mean that God is blessing them. It's actually the contrary.
