Hello, I am a college graduate working for a very respect high tech firm. (largest networking company). I have BS degree from San Jose State University with a BS - Management Information Systems. I have always been thinking to pursue higher education and to go after an MBA. However, my GPA from my undergrad was low and I am not sure if I can get into a program or not. Well, I am sure I can get into a okay school, but nothing top (Wharton, Columbia, Harvard, etc...). I was actually looking at Arizona State University. Not a greatly top rank, but decently racked. My question is that if I go and shift my career out of Engineering (which I do now) and go into business (finance, investment banking), will firms will see of "Arizona State University" a respect school and pay me well. I guess I want to make sure will it make it worth for me to go? I would like to make over 125K+ (gradually). Will it necessarily advance me to a higher level?
