What are the top businesses in Baltimore?

I've lived in Maryland in Cecil County all my life (about one hour from Baltimore) and was just wondering what are the biggest companies in the city. My dad works in Baltimore and I might start out there, it isn't that great of a city but I would like to know what IS there to take advantage of. My dreams after college are moving more toward Philly or NYC! But Baltimore, good companies... WHAT ARE THEY?! And by best I mean: pay, benefits, notoriety, Fortune 500 status, etc (generally).

1. Johns Hopkins is the city's largest private employer The Port of Baltimore is still a good employer. Biotech, IT and Finance round out the rest.
