1. Go to: www.bravenet.com they have great resources for web hosting and they are free!
2. http://groups.yahoo.com offers a free email group for webmasters. your link that you would use would look like this: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ the title here you can simply list the link, or use a button they enter thier email into and subscribe from.
