Need Free/Low Cost mailing list options for a Small Group?

We need a free or low cost mailing list for a local Small Group. We are using Yahoo Groups, but there is email blocking issues. Anyone have other options, apart from setting up a web site? Thanks

They work better than anything else. Give a premium ad. (You will have to pay for premium ad)
