How do I download and save free music to my computer?

I received an email from a band's mailing list for free downloads of their music, and I cannot figure out how to save them to my computer. I have clicked over the the site, and the song is actually playing on my internet explorer page right now, but I don't know how to save it to my media player. By the way, my media player is RealPlayer if that helps. Can someone help?

1. click on the songs file wherever the email is,and save it to your documents.from there you can do whatever you want with it.
2. hmm no idea buddy but maybe instead you should download limewire [which is a free music download programme] and download the actual song. its great!
