Any ideas on increasing sales on my AVON website?

I am an erep for AVON so I have a website with them, youravon.com/bgodfrey Does anyone know how I can target people locally for the site? What about creating a mailing list for people that could be interested? I am very new to all of this. Thanks

6. Read the Policies and Procedures to see what is ALLOWED! After you know what advertising is allowed I recommend buying a domain name that is easy to remember and redirecting to your avon site. Looks more Professional. Also, you need a system to build your business. You should be getting the assistance you need from the team you joined. 7. If you can, try to advertise in a local online paper. Make sure you put your web address on EVERYTHING (in email signature, back of books, etc.). As far as mailing lists go, look on the erep boards for a J. Conte. She provides these services for a fee. You can also buy your own mailing lists. Also, get all of your customers' email addresses, if they have one. When it's a couple of days before your order is due, send them an ecard and make sure you have your web address listed in the card. I took a look at your site and here are my recommendations: 1. Fix the "upcoming events." That's too many things you've got listed there. 2. Customize "News & Annoucements." Put some specials on there - like campaign specials or customer specials. I'm not trying to be critical; I just think it would help the overall look.
