Where can I find lists of unwed mothers?

I am looking for lists of unwed mothers and their children born in Wolverhampton, Staffordshire, England, more specifically, Pelsall under the St. Michael's parish. Thanks.

1. There would be no reason for the government to keep such lists. You would only find such a list if maybe there was a home for unwed mothers in Wolverhampton and even then those lists might be confidential.
