what sre specs?

i am trying ta receive a consumer mailing list and he ask me what my specs are

2. What type of consumer are you looking for? That is what you are asking. Market research is needed to determine who might be interested in purchasing your product.
3. Specs are short for specifications - they want to know what criteria you want them to use to create the list.
4. Your specifications. In this case it would be the demographic (location, age, income, etc) and pyschographic (interests, opinions, etc) as well as what format you need the list in (excel file, csv, text, etc) and what contact information you are looking for (address, email, phone number, etc.).
