My e-mail format has changed. I want it changed back to the original format or I will drop your services.?

Yahoo presented me information about changing the format for listing my e-mails. I don't like the new format. Change me back or lose me as a consumer. WCB

  1. I don't believe anyone here can change that for you. I also don't think losing one person is going to hurt Yahoo at all.
  2. First THIS is not the place to get a message to Yahoo. Second - Change it back your self. There is always a way to go back so go there.
  3. you are the only one who can change it back. and yahoo unfortunately is so big now that i don't think they will care about losing one customer. that's what happens when companies get to big.
  4. Under yourname at the top of your Yahoo! Mail page, there's a Mail Classic link. Click Mail Classic to go back to the Yahoo! Mail version you're already familiar with. You can also go to "Options" and scroll down to "Switch to Yahoo! Mail Classic".
  5. You need to take your complaint to Yahoo----(not that it would do any good)----we're just here to give advice, (which you probably don't want). Sooooooo, ??--which format did you have ? that you want to go back to ?? If you're talking about the upgraded "All-New Mail"-----a lot of users don't like it. Most of whom are switching back to Classic Mail. Click this link---then click "yes" to opt out of the New Mail. http://us.mg1.mail.yahoo.com/dc/optout?script=no On the other hand If you're talking about some of the recent changes--(just the past week or so)--to the original Classic Mail page-----well, people aren't too happy about that either----but---(so far) there's nothing we can do about that one. Just "suck it up" and try to adjust to it. The changes----altho unwelcome and over-all unpopular-----are here to stay and aren't "too" drastic. This link shows a list of additions and removals. http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/classic/basics/whatsnew-01.html So, I guess this is goodbye, and good luck wherever you move to.
