Where are the public records stored online that all the people search sites access? I need mailing lists.....?

I would like to market groups in my area with postcard mailings.

2. mailing lists are not held in oublixc. They are collected. P:eople sign up for sites,a dn one of teh conditions for these sites is for gthe user to get a promotional email. Sometimes they sell the list, but in many cases that is spam, try searching googlw for bulk mailing
3. Phone books. Really, phone books are free public records, and that's what most of the 'people finder' engines use. For example, from Anywho: "White Pages: Find a Person - All of the residential white pages listings are public information obtained from local telephone records for published telephone listings. These listings can range from three months to six months old and are updated every three months." Business directories also, but some companies pay to be included. You might be able to buy a list from the yellow pages, but I don't think you'll get it free.
