Best Linux Distro for Web Site/Server?

I am trying to find a distro that includes software/packages to run the following services. BBS or Forum coupled with a Photo Gallery System. - I like the looks of the Demonoid and DistroWatch Forums, clean, easy to read. - Allows registered forum users to post their photos. E-mail system. - To handle my site's incoming/outgoing mails, NOT be a public e-mail service. I know that many distoro's package list includes the Apache Web Server, PHP, Perl, MySQL, and 2 or 3 E-mail Systems, but I don't know the names of the major Linux-based forums or photo gallery packages. Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated. To ndmmxiaomayi et al PLEASE include the names of the major BBS or forum packages and the photo gallery packages

2. For ease of use and support, try Red Hat. CentOS is also not a bad one.
