Could use some ideas?

I'm working on an open blog/forum site, but I would like to add one more "big" feature to it. Maybe photo sharing, ability to upload videos.. whatever (although I'm worried about copyright issues with videos). Basically I'm looking for ideas that people will find appealing on top of the blogging. Any suggestions? I know the homepage needs work too.. not anywhere near done with it! 1. It looks nice. I think you should complete the layout and graphics first. When the site works up a traffic the visitors will tell you want they want. User feedback is the worthiest advise.
