Why do i see a bunch of them in the comments of blogs? It looks like they just repeat the blog above..... Why and how are they done?/What are they? TY :)

1. They're called trackbacks, and they indicate that someone was interested enough in the story on your blog that they posted it on their blog - when links are found in blog posts, they often 'ping' the original blog to let the blog know that a story refers to it. Cheers.
