Can some computer genious plz help me whit this probleme???

When i go on youtube or any online game site it tells me to download flash player...i download it and when i go to the site again it has a little rectangle with a red x on the top left hand corner...i tryed every i no of...i tryed going to tools,then on intrnet options, then security and did lods of thinds there...it still dosnt work can somebody plz help me with this probleme...and plus i would likee to no this so that i can help people with the same probleme...i want to be a computer engneer and getting this info would really help thanks...

2. Hi, I am no computer genius, but I think I can help you solve your problem! What browser are you using? Firefox? Sometimes firefox plugins don't install properly. Especially adobe plugins like shockwave and flash. Try downloading it manually, installing and restarting your machine. Its available for download from; http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash If you are using IE, here is the latest plugin. Again, download it manually, install and restart your machine: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&P2_Platform=Win32&P3_Browser_Version=MSIE This should do the trick.
3. I had the same thing. If you saw a bar in the top of the page right click on that and it will say that allow this blah..blah..to run...click it and wait for a couple of minutes be patient its running in the background of the explorer doesn't show it but its running... Turn off your firewall for better result because your firewall is blocking it. And I tried it in mozilla and theres no problem at all, so if you had a mozilla and you can manage to use it, use it then.
