Trivia game with product logos. Help Please!?

I have searched online to get the answers to this trivia contest and only found a few. Please help if you can. A. logo with a blue castle with the shadows of a family walking through the door. The logo is blue. I could not find one similar on the site for Magic Kingdom. B. logo with a red circle (looks like it could be a globe). There is a circle around it (where the equator would be). The circle looks purple or blue. C. logo with an upright rectangle with what could be a flame on top. It does not really look like a candle, but could be. D. logo with six stick type flags (multi-colored). The flags are pointing to the right. If you can help me with any of these, I will share the free lunch I might win with you. Thank you in advance.

1. I do believe the flags one is 6 flags theme parks. Might want to check that out. As for the others, sorry...
2. A. Could be the White Castle Restaurant Logo and D could be Six Flags theme park. as for the rest I have no idea... Oh C could be Partylite Candles depends on the color of the rectangle and flame as for B I am clueless.
