  1. Yes, it is a scam. In one version of this, they tell you to pay taxes up front, you send them the money, and you never hear from them. In another, they ask for your bank routing number to deposit the funds, but they clean out your account instead.
  2. Yip
  3. of course. did you not read the million other questions like this?
  4. SCAM!
  5. Sounds like a scam !
  6. IF U DIDN'T SIGN UP OR APPLY FOR ANYTHING U DIDN'T WIN IT'S A SCAM AND DON'T GET TAKEN
  7. It's a scam, period .You didn’t enter a lottery, and YAHOO isn’t running a lottery. All you are going to win is an empty bank account and more trouble than you ever dreamed of. Possibly a “courier” bill for a few thousand to “deliver” a “prize” you’ll never see.g. If you want to bother, forward the fraudulent email to phishing@cc.yahoo-inc.com, spam@uce.gov, and 419.fcd@usss.treas.gov. 8. Forward the email to: Fraud@Yahoo.com It's a scam, as there are NO real email lotteries. I got the same one from Yahoo, Microsoft, eBay, PayPal, Indonesia, London, Australia and Ireland.... Just delete, delete.
  9. SCAM. If it sounds tooo good to be true, it probably is. The next thing they will want is your financial account numbers or for you to cash a check or money order and send them back a portion of the money. There is a website that deals with this. www. badchecks.org.
  10. Oh yeah-it is a scam. You didn't need to be so lengthy in your question. Must have taken a long time to type all that.
  11. IT'S A SCAM. Could any reasonable person believe the line below: This Lottery was promoted and sponsored by a conglomerate of some multinational companies as part of their social responsibility to the citizens in the communities where they have operational base.
