What number of guests were on your wedding list?

- We're still considering whether or not to have a reception at one location or have it split up at two locations (we live in different states). Overall we'll invite about 120 people but we're not counting on many showing up. Usually about 2/3 of those you invite will show.
- Too many! We started out with about 75 invited, and even three weeks to the wedding the list is still growing it seems. We now have about 140 invited, but still only about half of those will show up. Too many people equals a very expensive catering bill!
- We invited 150 people, we had 135 at the wedding and reception.
- i invited only close friends and relatives::: 120 people
- 2... The groom and my self we didn't need all those folks there and surly didn't need to spend all that money.
- We invited 120 people. 108 attended.
- 150 -160
- I think we invited around 60-70 people, and had about half that show up.
- So far we have about 230 people on our guest list. This may increase slightly but not much!
- 150. The sad part is that's only immediate family and enough friends to count on your fingers. Lol grandparents apprently liked making babies.
- we invited everyone, since we knew that the out-of-states guests wouldn't be able to make it anyway and we also knew a lot of the elderly wouldn't attend. so, we sent invites to about 75, but we knew that only about 50 would attend. our guesstimate was correct. it was small and intimate and everyone knew everyone else. i liked it much better than the huge weddings i've been to where no one knows each other and half the guests are coworkers or great-aunts once removed.
- Invited 60 I think, and I believe 42 attended.
- I was to drunk to count sorry
- 50 invited, 45 attended
- We are sending out 200 invitations. There are about 350 total on the guest list. However, the rule of thumb is that like 2/3 of the people you send invitations will actually come to the wedding.
- We hosted 200 guests to a very traditional wedding. From where we were from, it's a medium sized wedding.
- Our entire list (A & B) comes out to 210, and we would ideally like to have less than 180 guests (The room holds a max of 190, and we'd like there to be more breathing room). So, all things considered, we're doing pretty well as far as meeting that goal.
