Does anyone know where I can get a list of wedding sites in Ventura County CA?

We are looking to get married in the Fall of this year. We would like to reserve a private residence or historical landmark for a wedding ceremony/reception. What is the best way to find these spots? They don't seem to appear on the internet very much. Thanks!!
