- If you have a word processing program, there is usually a function that allows you to print labels. Word has one, Works, etc. As a tip, buy some extra labels and play around with it a bit. Sometimes printing on labels can be tricky. You can also print on the envelopes themselves.
- If you have Micrsoft Word then go to "Help" at the top of the screen, then go to "Microsoft Office Word Help," then type in "Invitations" in the box on the right side of the screen. After pressing enter, it should give you a list of templates for your invitations. Take care!
- Hi Priyanka, MS Office word templates can be downloaded from microsoft. There are many available. you can find many invitation templates here including weddings. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/results.aspx?qu=invitation&av=TPL000 Cheers on the wedding and best of luck. Regards Vijay
- Are you printing the invitations or the labels? If you're printing the labels, you can buy those pre-cut labels in stationery shops. The sheets are usually in letter or A4 size, and you have a choice of the size of the label and thus the number of labels that fit in a sheet. Some label manufacturers have a template (like a sample page with the lines matching the label sheet) that you can download from their website (look up the product code). Otherwise you can just type out your addresses in any word document and just try to match the spacing. Print a test page on plain paper first. The other option is to get a label sheet that is A4 or letter size, meaning there are no smaller stickers cut into it. Then you just print normally and then cut it up with a pair of scissors. So in other words, no need for special software at all, just any normal word program will do.
