  1. I just used Microsoft Excel and it worked out great. There are some online ones on theknot.com and weddingchannel.com but they ask you to import an Excel file anyway and then they are a pain to update. I hope this helps.
  2. Try TheKnot.com They have a really good interactive guestlist, it should work out well for you. Good luck!
  3. http://www.weddingchannel.com/home.html offers a great guest list tool that can be exported to excel (making even more customizable, printable, etc).
  4. I got a template (in excel) for an entire wedding planning. If you would like a copy, feel free to e-mail me privately (click on my id and you'll go to my profile where you can click on "e-mail Nova Queen"). I can e-mail to anyone that would like it when I get home from work tonight.
  5. I use www.ezweddingplanner.com I've used it for over a year and it helps keep me very organized. It helps plan out when you need to get things done and helps keep track of your budget. I enjoy it. www.office.microsoft.com should have templates as well. You can print from both sites.
  6. Go to the link below...they have a lot of word templates, and instructions on the information to gather to create your guest list. Access guest database coming soon!
