Where can I find a list of management/training/business journals with the highest impact factor?

Basically, I work for a company offering qualifications in the UK and would like to know the best journals to get coverage in. Is there an 'impact factor' listing for business journals, similar to the ratings used for science journals? Where can I get information on readership, circulation and subscriptions for these journals?

1. You'll need to direct your question to a librarian in a business reference library. There are published directories giving the information you ask for but I don't know of any way you could get ad hoc access to this information online.
