I want to create a online wholesale list, but do I need to contact the companies on the list for permission?

I want to create a "real" online wholesale list that has legit suppliers who dropship and sell wholesale to companies who may or may not have a sales and use tax id. I plan to have MOQ and website names, payment methods accepted, etc... My question is do I need to contact these companies for permission if I do this based off of copyright laws, etc...?

1. Not as long as you arent revealing any company secrets.
2. You never need permission to publish facts or your own opinions. Directories do not need the permission of the companies included. Be sure you include a disclaimer, and a special e-mail link for people to report errors. (You'll also get spam on any link you post, so use a spam-proof address.
