What kind of software is on your wish list?

My hobby is to create software programs that others can use, but right now I am having programmers block and can't think of what I want to program. Any suggestions? Looking for any kind of software you can't find? Have an idea for something new? Please help me out and if I use your idea, you could get free software!

1. I would like to see a good open source version of the program MusicMaker, a complete music writing and editing program that allows you to lay down small snippets of pre-made trax and sound bites to form crazy new creations, alot like party mixes.
2. a free organizer would be cool. calendar. memo pad, phone book. right now it seems like you have buy microsoft office to get the organizer in outlook. also a free version of pro tools would rock. its too expensive...

4. educational software. I wanted to do this- but... I have to learn a language first!!! My kid doesn't read, so over the summer I told him- game time for reading- but he will just glance the text - so question and answer is required. I was thinking about learning java- but never got around to it... Uses text that is public domain (like wizard of OZ is public domain) and it gives the parent a word count of the text, and then comprehensive question and answer. A percentage of question and answer is required (% is parent set) to get "Tickets" or Time, or whatever unit of reward. The parent can print off tickets for the child to use towards a reward. You would only provide SOME reading content question and answer- but the parent can then use the utility (that you provide) to enter text and make their own question and answer- or you can sell them packets of new reading material. get a teacher involved, they could offer what is looked for in reading comprehension
5. I wish for a CD/DVD label maker where you can import your own pictures and MS Word Art and where you can print all the way to the center of the CD/DVD label. I've checked a few programs but none of them have both of these features. I have used Adaptec Easy CD 4 labeling program it really was Easy, but then Roxio bought it and changed it and none of my old labels on file are compatible with Roxio 6. Could you design something similar to Adaptec Easy CD 4 To work with Windows XP ? If you do, let me know.
6. a program that will allow me to create all my business needs, business cards, dvd/cd labels and etc. An all in one program that does accounting and spreadsheets.

8. Here are some ideas -A widget for kanfabulator that is like a swiss army knife (metaphoricly) - "Operating System" that runs in XP that has all the basic features of XP but a Caveman Could use it LOL
