Where can I find a software that incorporates a grocery list, food quanity, and price list on a template?

I am starting a personal chef services dealing with cooking "soul foods". I would like to find a template that would generate a measurement of how much foods that I need if I put in the price of the food, the unit of measurement, and how many people that I am feeding? Is there anything out there like that?? Thanks for all who can assist me!

1. You can create your own such software using a spreadsheet or database, e.g., Excel, Access, or similar programs in OpenOffice, which is a free version of Microsoft Office. I also recommend looking at a professional guide to quantity cooking, such as Wentzel's Menu Maker or Professional Cooking by Wayne Gisslen.
2. I have used a few different programs, the one I recommend would be caterease , although it problably has way more features than you need, but for costing out and invoicing I would recommend the standard version. Link below shows the different versions they offer, and what features each has. It may be cheaper for you to create you own databse using excel if you don't need these features. Also google "catering Software, and you can see a slew of different programs out there, they even advertise free one's, although I have never tried them. Good luck on the new business.
