did anyone know which software can i use to refresh network list in the wifi connection list in certain period

I am using streamxy network and a router. but there is no packets receive if i didn't refresh network list in a short time of period (sometime less than 1 minute). So, i need a software that can help me automatically refresh my wireless network list. thank for any1 that help.

2. The wireless software should be showing how many packets are flowing through your network. And you can check it by the wireless adapter properties. Similar to local area connection which is shown in the "activity" tab.
