Software that would list all the requests going out of my computer?

I would like to know if there is a software(desktop application or a Firefox extension),and i am sure there are a few somewhere, that any of you are aware of that would give me a list of all the internet requests and responses from and to my computer. Lets say i visit http://cnn.com .This would trigger a bunch of requests to various locations within the cnn server(like http:www.cnn.com/logo.gif,...so on so forth) as well to various other third party servers like pagead.googlesyndication.com etc. What i am looking for is a software that would list all the requests going out of my computer. BTW i am using a wireless internet connection. I would immensely appreciate any help on this because i have been scratching my head to find one of these for the past couple of days.

1. "Going wireless" is the weak link. EVERYTHING is recorded...No matter what scrubber or cloak software you use. You may be "stealth" to the web-site that you visit, but you are exposed to your ISP. That is their job. You need to learn more about "mirror" servers.
