A song list for Prom??

I am on the Prom Committee and have to come up with a song list with various genres for the DJ...what are a some that should definately be played?? I also need a song to play during the king/queen court dance...any ideas??

1. I think the song "Closing Time" by Semisonic is a good song for prom. Especially if it's a senior prom.

4. u should put songs tht are easy 2 dance 2. such as soujla boy, t-pain, kat deluna, and etc. some song titles are: buy u a drank, crank that, cha cha slide, whine up, please dont stop the music, and fergie.
5. For ending songs/final dance-Graduation-Vitamin C and Goodbye to You-Michelle Branch. Exciting Songs-I don't want to be in love/dance song anthem-good charlotte My #1 songs would be-Apologies-Grace Potter
