How to get ready before prom?

I've been to one formal dance before in 10th grade but it wasn't as big deal as prom. I'm not really sure what to do. I have my dress and shoes already, but I don't wear a lot of makeup ever so can anyone give me a list of what to do? including makeup, shaving, eyebrow waxing, etc?

4. well i dont know how much money you wanna spend but look up in the phone book a hairstylist and a makeup artist if not u can just do it ur self...as far as eye brow waxing get it done around 2 days in advanced...sometimes ppls eyes brows stay red for a while soo just to be safe get it done a little early lol...i would say shave the night before or tht day if u have time...have fun & hope i helped =]

I SUGGEST.... 1.shave the day b4 so you don't have to worry and rush the day of prom. 2.eyebrows,nails,&pedicures also do the day b4 you don't want to rush and do that you want to relax as much as possible that day and not do so much so you can enjoy the day. 3.the only thing you should worry about is your hair and make-up.if you don't want a lot of make-up use bronzer and a eyeshadow.you should be good.-----have a great time i sure did.(like 4 years ago)lol
6. I got this from seventeen magazine on everything you should do the day of prom to prepare: 9:00am - wake up and excercize and eat your breakfast. 9:30am - Lay out your dress, shoes, and accesories on your bed. & start charging your cell phone and camera batteries so they will be full. 10:00am - confirm your reservations with for your hair, makeup, limo, dinner, etc. 11:00am - stop by the florist to pick up your dates boutonniere and store it in the fridge. 12:00pm - take a relaxing bath and dont forget to shave! 1:00pm - Go to the salon. wear a button down shirt so you dont mess up your hair when its time to get dressed. 3:00pm - get your mani/pedi done and bring flip flops so your toenails dont mess up. 4:00pm - do your makeup (or get it done) 5:00pm - eat a very light snack. 6:00pm - get dressed. stash all necessities in your purse: tickets, $$, hairpins, hairspray, lipgloss, keys, mints, cell phoine, camera. 6:30pm - PICTURE TIME!
