What should i say to a guy who just asked me to prom?

Ok, so about 10 minutes ago a guy just called me and asked me to senior ball... (i'm a junior)... and i dont know what to do!! THere are various reasons why i dont know what i should say: 1) i already went to my junior prom last month 2) the senior prom is in a week and two days!! 3) that would mean i would have to buy a dress and do all that confusing stuff 4) he's a nice guy but the last time i spoke to him was last year! 5) i feel bad saying no.. esp since he asked one of my really good senior friends but she had to say no since she already had a date 6) did i mention it was NEXT WEEKEND (the 20th)?! (yeah i know i did.. i just wanted to clarify) 7) it could potentially be awkward.. since we're not really friendsss 8) and he's not like using me.. but i don't know of anyone else he could go with... since all the seniors already have dates.. ok.. long list. what do u think i should do? :/ (i dont want to be mean!)

13. Do you really want to go through all of that at the last minute. Call him and tell him you would love to go but he has told you at the last minute he did not give you enough time to prepare. You should not feel bad because it seems to me that he asked everyone else and they said no so he made you like his last result. Remember you don't even know this guy and if you tell him no then he shouldn't be mad he doesn't talk to you anyway at school. Don't stress yourself out just say NO!!!!
14. Maybe He heard you were easy,and He needs a lay after the prom. Why You,if you hardly know Him? Forget His feelings,Just say NO!! You just had your Prom,Your parents might not want to pay more money For a Gown and all.

16. It's too awkward. I'm having similar problems right now, with a guy who wants to date me that I barely know. I would avoid the situation altogether.
