When making a list......? (Baby shower)?

What is a good list to follow for things to get ready for my baby. To make sure I have covered all my bases. What are some must-haves for the baby. Any websites or insight would be great!!

1. go to Babies r us they have the perfect list and you can register for the baby shower there too.
2. diapers different sizes wipes onsies different sizes sleepers different sizes burp cloths carseat stroller travel swing(they fold up and are easier to deal with than a regular swing) activity center or a walker or a jumperoo high chair outfits will automatically be bought when you let them know the sex of the baby (if you decide to do so) bottles nipples blankets sheets changing table pad mattress (get the vibrating one, it's great!!!!) pacifiers bottle brush hats mittens socks wash cloths towels bibs humidifier play pen(if you want one) infant to toddler rocker(almost the same as a bouncy seat) shampoo/soap/lotion a+d ointment bath tub or something for the baby to lay on in the bath tub Hope this helps some! 6. I trusted www.babycenter.com. you can also try Google.com as well These websites helped me with a lot of things. Otherwise, make a list of what is the most important to have. Such as crib, matress, sheets, clothes, blankets, then make an outline. for example: Clothes. Ok now types of clothes: pajamas, onesies, outfits, etc. then when you get it done, you can shorten your list to the most important things you need rigt away. Feel free to ask me anything else. 7. I have been stressing over all of that since I first found out I was pregnant. I have my registry at Target and they have a checklist you can go by to make sure you have everything you need/want. Of course you are going to have things that you just want and things you need...every mother needs different things. I hope that helps, it helped me a tremendous amount.
8. Babies r us has a great website thats what I used and it worked out great. But kids grow out of clothes really fast so get lots of different sizes!!!
