I work domestic & overseas. For tax purposes, I need a list of daily tax deductible amounts 4 living expenses.
I am self-employed, and must travel for work. Where can I find a list of daily allowable living expenses per state? Also for foreign countries such as Australia, Finland, Germany, etc. Taxes are due very soon and having a reference list like this for what I can deduct would be a huge help!

- The only number you are looking for is the food per diem. You must have actual receipts for lodging and travel. Even the food per diem doesn't apply if your employer/payer paid for your meals. You use the department of defense website to get the numbers. http://perdiem.hqda.pentagon.mil/perdiem/perdiemrates.html
- You are allowed meals and traveling expenses for overseas and including housing too. Use all of your business reciepts against your income. Also you are required to file form 1116 and 2555 (foreign earned income tax worksheet).
