please list a variety of daily workouts to get toned?

Hello, what are some ways a thirteen year old female can get toned druing the summer? I would like a variety of daily workouts, and a small discription of what it works and how it tones and/or helps your body build muscle. Please include ab and leg workouts. Mention of cardio workouts would be appreciated too. Alos, how long should they be done for/ how often a day, and an estimation of how long it will take into effect. Thank you!

First, I recommend joining the gym, I could tell you about some workouts but there's a right way and a wrong way to do it, and if you do it the wrong way it'll either be useless or even hurt you. Secondly, check with the "Health" section of "www.msn.com", they usually put articles about easy yet effective daily workouts there.
