Hello, what are some ways a thirteen year old female can get toned druing the summer? I would like a variety of daily workouts, and a small discription of what it works and how it tones and/or helps your body build muscle. Please include ab and leg workouts. Mention of cardio workouts would be appreciated too. Alos, how long should they be done for/ how often a day, and an estimation of how long it will take into effect. Thank you!
