- Brush my teeth, wipe my butt really really well, wash my hands a thousand times a day, cover my mouth when I sneeze or cough.
- Yup, teeth brushing, bum wiping, hand washing etc. Not just putting your hand over your mouth, but coughing and sneezing itself is your bodys way of expelling dust particles and microbes. Also cooking food (that's why we dont generally eat raw meat) and cleaning kitcken surfaces etc. Your body also does all sorts of stuff without you knowing it, like producing mucous.....
